This casino is not honnest. At the start, as new player, I have win a bit, I was able to withdraw my money, but after it, I never won again. Like never. Even not 100$. Everything feel rigged. Switching game, lowering my stakes, nothing. This casino is garbage

I sent all my documents to them to release my withdrawal and they didn't release it, they claim that a supposed account tried to make a deposit on the platform and I should have a statement from that supposed account, I don't know about this supposed account and there is no way for me to send its document. I sent the statement of the account into which I made all the deposits normally!

Had an account there for 2 months and at first everything was fine. After a month or so, first problems with withdraw requests started. They said that their payment provider had issues and I managed to get my funds after a few days.
Then, after two months when I won more on betting (around 1k) they started to block my withdraw requests again. Then the verification process started. Asking for documents one by one and taking days to confirm a simple bank statement.
It all ended when I told them I would take things to legal and notify Estonian Tax and Customs Board. Like a magic, the next day my documents were verified and i got the funds. They then blocked all access to the bonuses and I closed my account.
Do not play there.

After reading the reviews here I feel like I'm a lucky one!! I lodged 10 euro and have worked upto 87 euro by pure luck!! The odds on this site are ridiculous compared to main bookies. I tried to withdraw 75 and I was told I had no funds available....I'll gladly close this account after the money is gone. Pathetic site.....

After I foolishly trusted them with a $500 deposit and managed to win, boosting my account to $700, they ensnared me in a verification nightmare. Over 50 documents sent, countless selfies taken—jumping through hoops like a trained animal, only to be slapped with a ludicrous accusation of holding multiple accounts, based on some obscure, draconian rule about 'one account per household or family'.

Not only did they bluntly refuse to hand over my hard-earned $700, but they also had the audacity to confiscate my initial deposit. It's daylight robbery, plain and simple. This isn't just about the money anymore; it's the principle. Betmaster's practices reek of deceit and exploitation, treating loyal customers like disposable assets.

I'm writing this as a stark warning to anyone even considering Betmaster: think twice, then think again. Betmaster is probably one of the worse bookies I've lost money to. They change your initial bet selections then tell you once placed it can't be undone. Stay clear, Betfair, betvictor are far better in terms of support and transparency. This here Is a limpy scam. Screenshot your selections prior to placement or they will take your money.

I got spuriously signed up to a scam promotion whereby any money I won couldn't be withdrawn...

This is by far the best casino ive ever played on so far. 👌 im getting big wins every day this week. Instant payouts with no id. This website is a total and utter scam! How they have been allowed to continue is beyond belief. Read on to find out exactly how they scam you out of money.
1. Their website looks legitimate so you sign up.
2. They heavily promote a 100% bonus to you so you sign up for that.
3. You assume the bonus will work the same as bonuses on any of the reputable betting websites. You start betting and build up some money.
4. You may go to withdraw some of the money you won or go to the Bonus section to check it out.
5. You realise that the deposit you made with your own cash and all your winnings is locked up in the Bonus.
6. When you investigate what is going on or chat to support you find out you need to 35x your bonus to claim it within 7 days or you will lose everything.
7. THE SCAM IS: It will be impossible to 35x your bonus in 7 days. You lose your deposit as well as any winnings you make in the 7 days that the bonus is active. So you lose everything!

We all know how bonuses work in betting. It's no problem is you don't make the bonus requirements but keeping your deposit and your winnings is a total scam. No reputable betting website does this.

Stay away from these scammers. I only deposited €100 and closed my account immediately when I realised what they were doing. Save yourself from these lowlifes!

These scammers stole $540 from me. Of this amount, $300 is my personal deposit! They promised to refund my deposit but never did. They don't reply to my messages! Beware of these scammers!
